What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong product. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as per our return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed quickly for shipment. However, you can request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
